Welcome to the SPBD Biz Training Guide for Women (“Platform”), operated by South Pacific Business Development (SPBD) (“SPBD”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By accessing or using this LMS and mobile application, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Platform.
1. Purpose of the Platform
The Platform is designed to provide business, entrepreneurship, and financial capability training to women in Fiji. The content is educational in nature and intended to support skill development, awareness, and learning outcomes.
2. User Eligibility
- The Platform is intended for authorized SPBD members, participants, and approved users
- Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration
- Access may be restricted or revoked if misuse or false information is identified
3. User Accounts and Access
- Each user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials
- Users must not share accounts or allow unauthorized access
- SPBD is not responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of user accounts
4. Use of Content
All content available on the Platform, including but not limited to:
- Text, graphics, videos, audio
- Training modules, assessments, quizzes
- Certificates and learning materials
is the intellectual property of SPBD, unless otherwise stated.
Users may:
- Access content for personal, non-commercial learning purposes only
Users may not:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or sell content
- Use content for commercial or unauthorized purposes
- Share course materials outside the Platform
5. Learning Progress and Certificates
- Course completion and certificates are issued based on defined learning criteria
- Certificates are for training recognition purposes only
- Certificates do not constitute legal, financial, or professional accreditation unless explicitly stated
6. Acceptable Use
Users agree not to:
- Misuse the Platform or interfere with its functionality
- Upload harmful, misleading, or inappropriate content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
- Engage in activity that violates applicable laws or regulations
SPBD reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.

SPBD collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
By using the Platform, users consent to such data collection and usage.

9. Platform Availability
- SPBD aims to ensure reliable access but does not guarantee uninterrupted service
- Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may temporarily limit availability
- SPBD is not liable for losses arising from service interruptions

- SPBD shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the Platform
- Training content is provided “as is” for educational purposes
- Users are responsible for applying learned concepts at their own discretion

will be communicated through the Platform. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
